Thanksgiving Recipe

My mother Beverly was a mid-westerner from Norfolk, Nebraska and went to high school with Johnny Carson, host of the  Tonight Show. She told me he liked being on stage and would perform magic tricks in the school talent shows. Speaking of magic, David Copperfield made the Statue of Liberty disappear and the quintessential king of escape, Harry Houdini used to get stuffed in a huge milk jug filled with water with his arms and legs shackled and within minutes he was free.

These giants of legerdemain were given incredible talents which they honed to a fine edge of excellence performing magic that defied our mind’s ability to comprehend what our senses were programmed for, throwing logic out the window.

But we do not have to watch magicians to experience magic. We are exposed to marvelous, magical moments each morning as we wake up to our chiming Galaxy or iPhone that has charged all night through a cord that plugs into the wall. When it sounds we stretch ourselves a bit, stand up and flip the light switch so we can get our bearings and perambulate toward the kitchen drawn by the rich aroma of Arabica beans brewing in our pre-programmed coffee maker using electricity generated miles away by igniting a mixture of natural gas and oxygen in a combustion chamber to power massive turbines that move a break-neck speeds creating electricity. Now that’s magic.

We marvel at this power at our disposal but do we stop and think, it comes from a magic recipe. I remember watching my mother prepare her Thanksgiving delights. She took special care to put the right amount of ground pepper and sage in her legendary stuffing. The oven was set at the perfect temperature for the sweet potatoes and turkey, and she took special care to remove them from the oven at the perfect moment, so they were just right for our dining pleasure. Yes, Beverly was a magician in the genre she loved, preparing magical recipes handed down over generations so she could satisfy her family.

Fossil fuels are just like Thanksgiving Dinner because they can only be prepared with the right ingredients under ideal conditions. First you take organic molecules formed by trillions of marine plankton buried for millions of years called kerogens and then you cook them while applying pressure to meld your roux forming a rich, thick liquid we call oil. Careful preparation here is critical. The source rock containing this kerogen must be buried at the perfect depth and cooked at an exact temperature to form oil. This is also true for natural gas, only it is found at more extreme pressure and temperature.

I mentioned Alvin Toffler in my last blog and his seminal book “Future Shock.” In it he makes a pronouncement of the Three Waves of Civilization. First Wave is the Agricultural Society, the Second is the Industrial Society, and the Third Wave is the Knowledge or Information Society of which we have just dipped our toe into.

BANG! Did you hear that the Third Wave Marathon started? However, in this mad rush to catapult to renewable energy to power the world our legacy systems provide continuity while new technologies and systems mature. There are many reasons to use oil and natural gas in our Hybrid Society such as traditional energy grids that must coexist with renewable energy sources to balance reliability with innovation. Natural gas is reliable,  affordable and can be regulated to meet daily and seasonal demand needs and it is integrable in achieving a smooth and safe transition of energy for the world while maintaining our electrical base.

It is the main ingredient in fertilizer production, and it produces one-fourth of the world/s electricity. It produces CNG and LNG to fuel buses and trucks and the countries of Europe and without natural gas we would not have hydrogen production.

It is important to note that mega data centers for Ai and iCloud will not evolve swiftly enough to make the strides our planet needs for a sustainable future without natural gas. Without  this power source for electricity Social Media will limp along constantly side-stepping potholes caused by intermittent energy supply.

Voracious demand for natural gas in this energy mix will increase in the decades to come, creating a stable price with large upside. Natural gas will stand out as a very good investment to fuel creative ideas and revolutionary systems for our future. If you would like to capture some natural gas to help fuel the world and benefit yourself by creating generational wealth for you and your family we can help, call me. You can find my cell phone number on the Ultra Energy USA website.

Our Mission: We are passionate about helping high-income earners optimize their tax savings and at the same time reach their financial goals by investing prudently in oil and natural gas.

Our Vision: A world-powered sustainably and efficiently with fossil fuels being an integral part of the climate solution and our smooth transition into the next century.

I am inviting you to help navigate this energy divide. Together we will create commerce and personal wealth as we develop a higher standard of living for ourselves and the world and bring new technologies online to launch this exciting Third Wave? Want to know more about how you can become part of the Third Wave Movement, then join us at Ultra Energy USA in “finding tomorrow’s energy today.”

We are looking for HNWI for enrollment in our Phase One, low risk “starter kit.” Join now and you will receive preferential incentives which include a first right of refusal to participate in each of Ultra’s ensuing phases.
