Ultra is acutely aware of the environmental impact of oil and gas production but in the same light alternative energy sources are grappling with strip mining large areas of land and depleting large water sources with poor working conditions in the mines including child labor. It’s a delicate highwire act based on unquantified ethical and environmental factors in the precarious balance transitioning to renewables. Ultra is helping by developing the transition energy for the future. Inventory and Prospects

Optimized for Quality and Success in Oil and Gas Exploration

Mitigation of risk is essential for success in this business. Unfortunately, dry holes do occur. Ultra’s mission through its geotechnical ability, energy connections and business savvy will do everything in its power to minimize these.

Inventory Management: 13 prospects located within 150 miles of Lafayette, LA, regularly reviewed and upgraded with new well and technological data. Our prospect areas have additional drilling opportunities based on new wells drilled in the field or lend themselves to new drilling and completion techniques in new or existing wells.
Resource Abundance: Our prospecting is in established fields with infrastructure where we have esoteric knowledge and data such as reprocessed 3D seismic to support our rigorous sub-surface mapping.
Reserve and Depth Diversity: Our inventory of prospects has moderate and higher risk prospects attributed to our current inventory. The depth range is from 5,500’ to 21,000’. Reserves ranging from 300,000 to 4,500,000 BBLs of oil and 70 BCF of natural gas can be attributed to the original 13. Some of the larger prospects have 150 BCFG upward to 300 BCFG potential.
